Grade 1 Winning Hurdler Skyace Added To Tattersalls Ascot March Sale
The Tattersalls Ascot March Sale, which is scheduled to take place next Thursday March 31st at Ascot racecourse stables, has been further enhanced by the addition of Grade 1 winning hurdler SKYACE (Lot ).
Consigned as a Horse Out Of Training by John Hanlon's Court Stud, the daughter of WESTERNER is a five-time winner over hurdles, which included her victory in the Grade 1 Mares Novices' Hurdle Champion Final at Fairyhouse last year. A Tattersalls Ascot graduate herself, the mare has gone on to earn in excess of and over £100,0000 for her connections and has previously been rated as high as 142 over hurdles.
Tattersalls Ascot graduates have won an impressive 957 races since January 2021, whilst 35 have won or been placed in 53 black-type races. This is despite the COVID-19 related disruptions to the sales calendar at this particular venue in over last two years.
The upcoming Tattersalls Ascot March Sale also includes a dedicated session of British and Irish point-to-pointers. Wildcards are now being accepted for this and can be entered online.
Further entries will be accepted up until Monday March 28th, subject to availability and will be published online with a printed catalogue available on the day of the sale.
