Miss Heritage Stars in Grade 2 Yorkshire Rose Mares' Hurdle

MISS HERITAGE recorded a facile success in the Grade 2 Yorkshire Rose Mares’ Hurdle at Doncaster on Saturday for the Lucy Wadham team.

In what was a career best performance, she cruised into contention going easily at the second last hurdle before clearing away to win by 15 lengths at the line. On the back of this success her trainer is earmarking the Mares’ Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival as her next assignment.

She was purchased for £25,000 by her trainer at the 2019 Ascot July Sale.

Entries are open for the Ascot March Sale and can be made online. The sale will take place on Thursday 31 March at the Racecourse Stables.
