Twenty Wild Card entries added to the Tattersalls Ireland Ascot August Sale

The Tattersalls Ireland Ascot August Sale to be staged on Tuesday 16 August at 11.00am has been further enhanced by the addition of twenty Wild Card entries to complete a catalogue of over 140 lots that will appeal to a wide audience of clients including entries from: 

Godolphin, Shadwell, Andrew Balding, Luca Cumani, Sir Mark Prescott Bt, David Lanigan, Tom Dascombe, David Dennis, Shane Donohoe, William Haggas, Henrietta Knight, Donald McCain, Gordon Elliott, Paul Nicholls, Liz Doyle, Philip Hobbs, Neil King, Warren Greatrex, Ben Case, etc.

Wild Card Entries Include:

Lot 60 Diamonds A Dancing six-year-old gelding by Delta Dancer: The winner of two races on the flat over 1 mile this season and placed 3rd on his latest start over 1 mile at Chepstow on 9 August beaten only 1 1/2 lengths.

Lot 96 According To Harry seven-year-old gelding by Old Vic: Winner over fences with a current BHA rating of 119. Placed 3rd on his latest start in 3m 1f handicap chase at Newton Abbot on 17 July.

Lot 97 Spillers Dream seven-year-old gelding by Shantou: Consistent gelding placed on his last three starts over hurdles BHA rating of 105.

Lot 98 Burrows Lane five-year-old gelding by Astarabad: The winner of the INH Flat race at Kilbeggan on 6 August 2016 and placed 2nd three times in NH Flat races including when beaten only 1/2 length in NH Flat race at Downpatrick on 13 July.

Lot 121 Dan McGrue four-year-old gelding by Dansant: The debut winner of the INH Flat Race at Roscommon on 2 August.
